On September 11, 2010, Priyanjali Dance performed a production of “Navarasas” at CounterPULSE studio in San Francisco, CA.  The performance was in benefit of the charity, Artists for World Peace.

The performance was a success and raised a significant amount of money for Artists for World Peace.  Proceeds from the show covered the living and educational expenses for 5 of the Artists for World Peace children: Lobsang, in Southern India; Roudlyn, in Haiti; and Robert, Dorcas, & Jacquelina in Kibosho-Umbwe, Tanzania!

Visit this page for photos of the performance and the dancers: Photosand visit this page for videos of other Artists for World Peace performances: Videos.  Priyanjali’s performance will also be featured in a documentary on the Artists for World Peace, that will be housed at the Smithsonian in Washington D.C.  Look out for a video of Priyanjali’s performance soon!
