Seeking a Renaissance in San Francisco

Jarred will be teaching a Vintage Reconstruction class that lets you rework vintage fabrics and vintage outfits into fresh, new pieces! Here’s more info on the class if you’re interested:

Oh and by the way, Jarred is also teaching pattern making and tailoring classes at TSW, so check out their calendar for dates and times! I actually took Pattern Making I with Jarred last year and had a great time in the class! It’s was a bit advanced for a beginner like myself, but still a wonderful introduction to creating your own designs on paper and translating them into fabric! Not to mention, Jarred is awesome and works with everyone at their own pace.
So as I said before, Jarred is a co-founder and designer (along with Christina Wheeler) at the Ric Rac Clothing Company, which is a “vintage inspired line dedicated to making fresh, forward clothing with a classic twist and a dash of old world.” Check out their statement about their clothing line:
Below are some of their designs from their 2009 Spring, Summer (see above), and Fall lines that I really loved!! And don’t forget to shop for Ric Rac’s Designs here: http://www.shopflick.com/stores/Ric-Rac-Clothing
